Description

Syfte med upphandlingen är att få till ramavtal avseende ny- och ombyggnation av infrastruktur i mark för fjärrvärme och fjärrkyla i form av utförandeentreprenader.
Inom ramavtalet kommer avrop att ske både som generalentreprenad och delad entreprenad. I vissa fall sker samförläggning med el- och/eller optoledningar.
