1.The subject of the order is the delivery of eight trucks with the installation of a garbage truck on the basis of lease agreements. The contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted for individual parts of the contract. The contractor may submit a tender for one or both of the following lots: 1)PART No. 1 OF ORDER No. ‘Lease of four trucks fitted with a garbage truck under lot 1 of the contract’, 2)PART NO 2 of the CONTRACT entitled ‘Lease of four trucks fitted with a garbage truck under Lot 2 of the contract’. 2.The Contractor shall deliver the leased vehicles to the City Cleaning Plant (ul. Nowodworska 48, 59-220 Legnica). Vehicles delivered to the Ordering Party should be technically efficient. 3.On the day of delivery of the vehicle, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with relevant documentation concerning the vehicle, i.e.: 1)Vehicle registration certificate, 2)A photocopy of the vehicle liability insurance policy (the policy should be valid for the entire rental period of the vehicle). 4.If the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patent, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products provided by a specific Contractor, the Employer allows equivalent solutions in relation to them. All products specified in this Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) from specific Contractors specify only the minimum technical, quality and performance parameters that they must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party. The contractor may offer a different model of the product, but it must be equivalent in quality to that specified in the GIP. This means that the Contractor may offer products with properties identical or similar to those of the specific products indicated in the GIP, but marked with a different trademark, patent, origin, source or with a different specific process. A product shall be considered equivalent if it has the same functional, visual, material and technical characteristics as the specific product indicated in the BIP, but bears a different trade mark, patent or origin. The quality of the equivalent product must not be inferior to that specified in the GIP. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described in the GIP is obliged to demonstrate that the vehicle offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 5.Description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the model contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
