Description

The subject matter of the public contract is the physical supply of natural gas for a specified period to the contracting authority’s delivery point with an annual consumption of between 630 MWh and 4 200 MWh, the specification of which is set out in Annex 2 to this letter of formal notice, with the assumption of the obligation to withdraw natural gas from the gas distribution system, including the transfer of balancing responsibility to the supplier pursuant to Act No 458/2000 on business conditions and the performance of state administration in the energy sectors (the Energy Act), as amended (‘the Energy Act’), and in accordance with Decree No 365/2009 of the Energy Regulatory Office on the Gas Market Rules, as amended and other implementing decrees relating to the Energy Act. The object of the transaction is the provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and the provision of system services.
