Na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 pkt. 3 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym, organizator dokona wyboru operatora w trybie art. 22 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (tekst jednolity Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 2778) poprzez bezpośrednie zawarcie umowy o świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego z Przedsiębiorstwem Komunikacji Samochodowej w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim Spółka Akcyjna (27-400 /Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, ul.
