Description

Настоящата обществена поръчка има за цел да осигури резервации и хотелско настаняване в страната и чужбина за нуждите на БНР. Участникът трябва да осигури 24-часово обслужване, като предостави възможност за приемане и изпълнение на заявки в рамките на работното време на служителите на БНР (от 8:30 до 17:00 часа), а при необходимост и извън работното време, в почивни и празнични дни. При заявка за резервация да предостави писмен отговор на възложителя в рамките на 1 (един) час от получаване на заявката. Срокът на валидност на предложените условия и цени, след направената заявка, не може да бъде по-кратък от 72 часа. Участникът трябва да предостави на възложителя достъп до използваната от него резервационна система или друго техническо решение, което да позволява на служители на възложителя да извършват директни запитвания и да осъществяват резервации при условията, предложени от изпълнителня, с което не може да се налагат ограничения в броя на служителите.
