Description

In June 2007, the Danish Finance Agency (subsequently amended to the National Police v/Centre for Emergency Communication, hereinafter ‘the Danish National Police’) concluded a contract for the connection to and use of a nationwide radio telecommunications network (hereinafter ‘SINE’). The contract was awarded to Dansk BeredEmergency Communication A/S, cf. contract award notice 2007/S 132-161732. Prior to the award of the contract, a contract notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union and a full tendering process was carried out. The National Police wishes to conclude an addendum to the SINE contract for the addition of a replacement to the Control Space Integrated Control Center System interface (ICCS) in the form of a Dispatch Communication Server (DCS) solution. Interface from the SINE network to the emergency control room has been provided by the service provider so far in the form of ICCS, but as the ICCS solution has reached end-of-life, it is necessary to replace this with a new solution. The Danish National Police therefore wishes to add the DCS solution and its operation to the SINE contract in accordance with the contract’s amending rules. It is expected that the value of the amendment to the contract will be approximately DKK 5 800 000, which represents approximately 0.3 % of the value of the original contract. The National Police has now concluded the addendum to the SINE contract concerning the addition of the DCS solution and its operation in the SINE contract. It should be noted that at the same time the Danish National Police has concluded an addendum to the SINE contract for the acquisition of certain configurations of the ICCS interface. These configurations of the ICCS solution are the last ones that can be delivered as described above. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
