The subject of the public procurement includes periodic delivery of stationery and office supplies for the needs of the municipal administration and the budget support units under it, divided into the following positions: Lot No 1 ‘Stationery and office supplies’; Lot No 2 ‘Supply of stationery falling within the list referred to in Article 12(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act’; The scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the contract for each of the lots are detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. The quantities indicated are estimated and the Contracting Authority is not bound by their full absorption, and if necessary, quantities above the estimated ones may be requested, as well as items by type and quantity, beyond those specified in the technical specification, within the total estimated value of the contract, at the commercial discount rate specified by the Contractor in his Technical Proposal.
