Description

The City of Duisburg (‘the City of Duisburg’): As part of the model project "Duisburg - Stark im Norden - Alt-Hamborn und Marxloh" (Duisburg - Strong in the North - Alt-Hamborn and Marxloh), the new construction of a youth centre (JZ) TP3 in Marienstraße 16a, Duisburg-Marxloh is planned. The existing youth centre is currently located at Marienstraße 16a in Duisburg-Marxloh, Hamborn district. Opposite are the primary school on Sandstraße and St. Peter's Church, both of which are listed monuments. The subject of the contract is the technical planning services of the technical equipment in accordance with HOAI for the new construction of an integrative youth and cultural centre at the Marienstraße 16a site in Duisburg-Marxloh.
