Contract de sistem GC MS. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este: până în a 18-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau informaţiilor suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Dacă aceste termene vor fi zile nelucrătoare, autoritatea va răspunde în ultima zi lucrătoare înainte de termenul respectiv. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
