Description

The expected services are to support the CDC in auditing, consulting, design and integration, technical support in the context of operations, training and support of users on technical or functional solutions and tools of the Microsoft environment and on the infrastructure aspect, in particular virtualization, storage and backup. It is the responsibility of the Holder to provide the means necessary to carry out the services requested by the CDC. The services include the following: - Technical steering and coordination with the Contractor's stakeholders and the CDC's internal or external stakeholders. In this context, the Holder must contact the actors, list the adhesions with its services, propose and implement the processes, technologies and resources necessary for cooperation. The Contractor must create the conditions for a simple and efficient common operation, enabling everyone to carry out their services. - Audit of existing applications, processes and ways of doing things. - Advice, including the sharing of good practices, benchmarks, and recommendations on the implementation of new services, or the evolution of existing ones. - The design and integration of projects for the deployment of tools and services in collaboration with internal or external actors of the CDC, designated by the CDC. - Acquisition and support of appropriate ecosystem tools/utilities - Operational technical support - Training and transfer of skills to CDC users on new tools and services deployed - Support These services relate to the evolution of existing services or the creation of new services.
