Description

The city of Kaufbeuren is, among other things, the funder of the Josef Landes School - Special Educational Support Centre - with a main building at Prinzregentenstraße 2 and an extension at the neighbouring Schrader School, Schraderstr. 1 (stop: Heinzelmannstr.) Kaufbeuren. In the context of this call for tenders, a contractual partner is to be identified who will take over the transport of the children from the urban area to the special education school. The transport of pupils to the above-mentioned special school is characterised by some special features over which the client has no or only limited influence. For example, changes in transport performance must be calculated over the duration of the contract, at least at the change of school year, but often also during the current school year. These are characterized, among other things, by the arrival, departure or relocation of pupils, changes in the pick-up times on individual days due to school organisation. The invitation to tender is for a sub-area of the city of Kaufbeuren from which children are to be transported to the special education school. The sub-area was based on a model transport plan (see the Sample Tour tab), which is based on the current transport situation. On this basis and the expected school days, the expected daily/annual mileage was determined, which serve as a basis for calculation. The remuneration is paid as a lump sum per day of use. It is expressly pointed out that the provision of services can change both during a current school year and at the beginning of the school year, in particular due to changes in the number of pupils, the movement or influx of pupils and other requirements that are not within the sphere of influence of the client. The transport service to be provided by the tenderer is defined by these general conditions and the following specifications. Vehicle with at least 40 passenger seats. With an average of 185 school days per year, according to the current state: - a total mileage of about 7,400 kilometers in 185 school days per year, - for the accompanying staff 370 working hours per school year.
