The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of a service for the supervision of design, management and control and supervision of the implementation of a contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure, the subject-matter of which is: ‘Design and construction of expressway No S11 Szczecinek – Piła, section I Turowo – Podgaje junction (with junction)’ and ‘Design and construction of expressway No S11 Szczecinek – Piła section. II Podgaje (without node) – Jastrowie node (with node)’ , under the conditions set out in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Conditions of Contract for the investment task. The service includes performance of duties by the Consultant in accordance with the Agreement, based on GTC and SWK, in particular: - supervising the design, verifying the design documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verifying the results of the control calculations in order to find possible errors, - managing, performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate, - conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Contracting Authority, including, inter alia, with the Branch Director, the Project Manager and the communication position in the GDDKiA Branch, - fulfilling reporting obligations arising from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with the GDDKiA services, - fulfilling obligations arising from procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and current procedures of the Project beneficiary for the OPI&E (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective), - providing investor supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participation in guarantee reviews and supervising the removal of possible defects/defects identified in guarantee reviews, within the framework of the concluded Contract, - supporting the Employer as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, - supervising design works and works in the scope of additional tasks necessary to perform the Project resulting from the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law Act, - constant monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to the proper execution by individual Contractors, Contractor documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with Consultant Teams supervising neighbouring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the rules and method of proper execution of Contractor documents and construction works. If necessary, the Lead Consultant responsible for coordination at the intersection of Projects will be appointed by the Contracting Authority.
