Description

The subject of the public contract is the supply and service of PET-CT equipment. The delivery will include: • transport, assembly, installation, • instruction pursuant to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended, • initial acceptance test or measurement of diffuse radiation pursuant to Act No. 263/2016 Coll., the Atomic Act, as amended, • initial electrical revision of a fixed medical device pursuant to ČSN EN 33 1500 Z3, • technological project for building modifications of premises, including air-conditioning, and further building modifications of premises for the placement of equipment specified in the ZD, • handover of documents relating to the delivered goods pursuant to the KS. The detailed technical specification is set out in Annex 1 – Technical specification. The apparatus must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting entity in the technical specification. If, in the tender specifications, the term ‘option’ is used, this means the requirement for a device that can be used as requested by the contracting authority, i.e. without further financial investment, in any form (purchase, upgrade, service, etc.). Therefore, the contractor cannot only offer readiness to make use of this possibility under this requirement. Within these technical parameters, for parameters that are not defined by max., min. or range, a deviation of +/- 10% from the required fixed value is allowed, while maintaining the stated medical purpose, i.e. its diagnostic or therapeutic use. The supplied device must be new, unused, unrefurbished, not stopped, not lent, not burdened by leasing or other legal defects and must not infringe any rights of third parties to a patent or other form of intellectual property. The performance also includes the performance of warranty service according to the purchase contract and also a flat-rate post-warranty service, as specified in the details in the draft contract for work, which is annexed to this Tender Documentation. This contract is financed by the European Union – National Recovery Plan, title of the project: Modernization of the centre of highly specialized oncological and haemato-oncological care FNKV; Project number: CZ.31.8.0/0.0/0.0/23_072/0008249.
