Description

The Safety Region Utrecht (VRU) is looking for a supplier that can provide the various locations within the VRU with audiovisual means and standard presentation screens. At the moment these are 56 locations, but it is not excluded that other locations will have to be provided at a later stage during the term of the Framework Agreement. The initial scope of the Assignment is as follows: - 46 x 75 inch screens including suspension system; - 10 x 85 inch screens including suspension system; - 13 x all-in-one hybrid video conferencing system; - hybrid meeting software (licensing/management software).
