Description

1. The subject of the contract are: ‘Successful supply of small appliances and disposables for endoscopic examinations and treatments’. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: Annex No 2 to the FTZ - Price form and annexes No 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 to the FTZ - Draft contracts. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered quantities of packaging in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ be rounded up to 1 package. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the Contractor to offer the same subject of the contract - in different assortment packages. The offered subject of the contract may not be repeated. Numbering according to FTZ: 2.1. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Number of packages – 11. Number of lots for which a tender may be submitted – 11. As a partial offer, the Ordering Party will consider the offer submitted for all items in a given package. The Contractor may submit a tender for all parts. 2.2. The contracting authority shall not allow equivalent tenders to be submitted. 2.3. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted (Article 92 of the Act). 2.4. The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework contract. 2.5. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of the contract referred to in Art. 1 point 7 and 8 of the law. 2.6. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction. 2.7. The contracting authority does not require an on-site inspection or verification of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract by the contractor referred to in Art. 2 of the PZP Act. 2.8. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of settlement in foreign currencies. 6.1.
