Description

This contract is a multi-annual and order public supply contract within the meaning of Article 2 (20) of the Law of 17.6.2016. It is a framework agreement concluded with a single contractor for the benefit of the entities identified in point 4 of Title I of these special conditions. These entities will place orders to the contractor of the framework agreement as and when they meet their own needs.
The purpose of this contract is to:
— the supply of standard servers,
— the supply of extensions for these servers,
— the supply of accessories for those servers,
— sporadic delivery over time and geographically spread of those supplies.
