Description

The subject of the Agreement includes, in particular, the preparation of Design Documentation and execution of construction works, including:
1) Development of a conceptual design and construction design for the entire scope of the subject of the contract together with obtaining on behalf of the Employer a final decision on the construction permit and any other required consents and administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the investment and possible necessary additional technical opinions and expert opinions of the existing state, if they are necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the contract. 2) Submission on behalf of the Ordering Party of an application for commencement of construction works to Construction Supervision. 3) Development of multi-industry executive design. 4) Execution of construction works. 5) Effective notification on behalf of the Ordering Party of the completion of works to the Construction Supervision or if it will be required to obtain a final decision on the occupancy permit for the Facility.
