Description

Engerdal, Trysil, Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, Elverum and Våler municipalities intend to enter into a contract for the procurement and operation of a platform for health technology with welfare technological units ("alt" within e-health). The paramount objective is to have a safe and strategic cooperation partner within e-health. The partner must be able to deliver a comprehensive system, preferably in cooperation with sub-suppliers. This procurement consists of a common platform (core solution), and digital equipment with any apps, as well as accompanying services, that together shall contribute to safety, mastering and more independent recipients of public health and care services. The total system (system) shall also contribute to a more efficient service production where interaction and assignment sharing between involved interested parties is a central part. The procurement shall primarily allow us to call-offs for more of the technology that is in operation in the municipalities, but also contribute to expanding and developing a comprehensive service offer supported by different types of technology. The procurement will be the foundation for expanding and developing a comprehensive service offer supported by different sensors and health technology (including welfare technology). The contracting authority would therefore like to enter into a contract with an actor who is flexible, future orientated and at all times competitive. The procurement shall substantiate the following objectives and vision: • The municipalities in the Sør-Østerdal region would like to expand the use of systems that support the citizens ́needs/life mastering and contribute to a good, efficient and seamless course of service in the health and welfare services.• The agreement(s) shall cover the municipalities ́ needs in e-health/health technology.• The technology shall contribute to efficient public resource use, be personnel saving and support assignment distribution on available resources. The technology shall help ensure that it is prudent to stay in their own home longer.• Inhabitants shall experience the same safety elements - regardless of the housing situation.• We want to create an inclusive and sustainable welfare society.• The municipalities shall, together with other actors in the health sector and civil society, be able to provide sustainable services that stay over time.
