Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10.4.1997 (Journal of Laws Of Laws 2012, item 1059 as amended) for contracting authorities with a total volume of: 25 669 857 kWh in the delivery period, i.e. no earlier than 1.1.2018 to 31.12.2018, with the proviso that, to individual electricity consumption points, supply starts no earlier than after the successful termination of the existing energy supply contracts and the successful switching procedure.
2. Energy will be supplied on the basis of contracts concluded separately by each contracting authority.
3. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate contracts concluded with local distribution system operators.
4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the ToR.
