Description

Civica will build around 178 youth housing units. The youth dwellings are to be built on Matr. Nos 6f and 6h, Open farmyard HGD., Odense Jorder, located in Finlandgade 7 and 15, 5000 Odense C, acquired by Civica from KPC Herning A/S (‘KPC’) for that purpose. It was a condition for the purchase of the property that Civica concluded a works contract with KPC for the construction of the building, which Civica thus did.
It is a clause in the agreement of the parties that KPC shall defer to competition all services subject to a call for tenders in connection with the construction of the construction works in accordance with the Procurement Directive (Directive 2004/18/EC).
