Aktiengesellschaft der Wiener Lokalbahnen intends to offer 100 % of its shares in Wiener Lokalbahnen Busbetrieb GmbH ("WLBB"), a company with its corporate seat in Vienna for sale by tender procedure. WLBB operates buslines as contractor based on service contracts on behalf of its respective customers. Any prospective bidders are herewith invited to express their interest by requesting the relevant tender documents.
