Description

The municipality of Rovinari wishes to purchase and install 9 (nine) recharging stations for electric cars in the city of Rovinari, through the ‘Programme to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in transport by promoting infrastructure for clean road transport vehicles – recharging stations for electric vehicles in localities’ project. The lands on which the loading stations will be located are located in the following areas: 1. Area Thermal Power Station Street - Parking block R4 Rovinari, identified with CF 36081 - access from Str. Youth; 2. SPL Rovinari workshop parking area, identified with CF36574; Access from Str. Poplars; 3. The area of Str. Labor - Parking block H3- PT2 Rovinari, identified with CF 36093; Access from Str. labour; 4. The area of Str. Chestnuts no.2, Secondary School no. 1 Rovinari, identified with CF36434 - access from Str. Chestnuts; 5. The area of Str. Tineretului nr.5, parking lot E1-E3 Rovinari, identified with CF 36423; Access from Str. Youth; 6. Parking area block T5 Rovinari, identified with CF 36490 - access from str. Youth; 7. The area of Str. Flowers rear parking Rovinari Town Hall, identified with CF 36865, access from str. flowers; 8. The area of Str. Youth, parking bl. L1-G3, Rovinari Square, identified with CF 36091 - access from Str. Youth; 9. Parking area bl. F1-F2-F3 Rovinari, identified with CF 36535- access from str. to the youth. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates 20 days The contracting authority states that the tenders will be drawn up for a number of 9 recharging stations and not for 10 as found in the Technical Project, because the charging station in the parking area of blocks M1-M2 on Slt Constantin Laurentiu Lixandru Street was not eligible for non-reimbursable financing. In demonstrating the above, we attach the financing contract to this tender documentation.
