Description

In order to implement the programme ‘Multi-annual Collective Dissemination’, the Province of Utrecht is seeking a market operator on behalf of 10 Utrecht municipalities (hereinafter: intermediary) which: • provides qualitative and effective guidance to occupants of land-related owner-occupied dwellings for a preserved dwelling throughout the process; • organises qualitative conservation measures and implementation with (local) providers; • collect data and lessons from practice and make it available to local authorities; • participates in cross-municipal cooperation as a cooperation partner and a “field expert”; • continuously improves the approach and makes the necessary (per-) developments to increase impact and quality; • is responsible for the implementation and accountability of the obligations linked to local budgets, including a minimum number of dwellings per municipality.
