Description

The object is the conversion and extension of a school building on the outskirts of Bad Doberan. In the immediate vicinity are residential buildings, adjoining a gymnasium (which is also still in operation in the construction process) and on the back a stream in the nature reserve with subsequent leisure facilities. The access to the property (entrance and exit) is from the B 105 into the Stülower Weg (country road in the direction of Stülow). Currently, the property is built (school type building made of masonry, BJ 75) by the trade demolition, the building plot is cleared in advance in parts and the existing building gutted. about 1/3 of the construction volume is demolished, the remaining 2/3 are integrated into the new building.
