Description

We ask for your offer for Tampere Infra's measurement and ground survey services. Measuring services refer, for example, to services produced for the needs of BIM-based infrastructure construction sites, authorities and planning projects. The ground survey includes drilling work required for soil surveys, sampling, installation of groundwater pipes and laboratory work. In addition, ground surveys include ground-based radars and geodesign. The procurement is divided into three areas: Component 1: Measurement services (approximately €500,000) Component 2: Drilling and laboratory work (approximately €400,000) Sub-area 3: Geodesign (approximately €80,000) Sub-offers are allowed. This means that the Tenderer may offer one or more sub-areas. Within the sub-area should be offered at all points. This is a service contract exceeding the EU threshold, the total estimated value of which is approximately €980,000 (VAT 0%). The distribution of the total value by sub-area has been estimated above. The Subscriber is not bound by the sub-area-specific assessments. The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with section 32 of the Act on Public Contracts. JYSE 2014 Services (April 2022 update) general terms and conditions apply to the procurement as additional terms and conditions. The procurement involves the conclusion of a framework agreement and a framework agreement with several operators. The maximum number of contractors to be selected for the framework agreement is nine (9) Service Providers, three (3) Service Providers for each sub-area.
