ce marché consiste en la tonte des espaces verts communaux, la taille des petits arbres (remontants), le désherbage manuel ou mécanisé de la voirie, le ramassage des détritus sur les espaces communaux, le débouchage et nettoyage des avaloirs pluviaux.En vertu de l'article L. 2113-12 du Code de la commande publique, ce contrat est réservé aux entreprises adaptées, à des établissements et services d'aide par le travail ou à des structures équivalentes, lorsque plus de 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des personnes handicapées qui, en raison de la nature ou de la gravité de leurs déficiences, ne peuvent exercer une activité professionnelle dans des conditions normales
