Description

Uudisrakennusten rakentaminen kvr-urakkamallilla; Turun Mäntyäen alueelle toteutettavat kaksi kerrostaloa ja pysäköintihalli pihatöineen. Hankkeen urakkamuotona on kiinteähintainen kokonaisvastuu-urakka (KVR-urakka), sisältäen rakennus- ja talotekniset työt sekä tarjouspyynnön mukaisten suunnitelmien, pääpiirustusten sekä työ- ja toteutussuunnitelmien valmiiksi saattaminen pohjatutkimuksen, viitesuunnitelmien ja suunnitteluohjeen lähtötietojen pohjalta, urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakoitsija hakee kohteelle rakennusluvan. Kohteelle on lainvoimainen poikkeamislupa. Hanke sisältää 2kpl A-energialuokan asuinkerrostaloa yhteensä 8100 k-m2. Tämän lisäksi tontille rakennetaan suunnitelmien mukaisia pysäköinti- piha- ja kulkualueita. Tontin ajoliittymät toteutetaan Vähäheikkiläntieltä. Tontilla olevien rakennusten purku ei kuulu tämän hankkeen urakkasisältöön. TVT Asunnot Oy purkaa rakennukset vuoden 2024 kevään aikana.
