Description

The supplies, which are the subject of Lot 01, shall be remunerated by applying the prices in the unit price schedule to the quantities actually executed.
The supplies, which are the subject of Lot 02, will be paid on the basis of the unit prices in the catalogue on which the contractor’s discount will apply.
The Contractor shall also undertake to pass on to the local authority the promotional offers which he offers to its customers. If the promotional price is lower than the price for the same item indicated in the price schedule or in the catalogue price (s) submitted in support of the tender submitted, the promotional price would apply without a discount.
