The subject of the procurement is an extension to the existing Tampuuri system, which was introduced in February 2022 in the tenth housing unit as part of the Vuoka project (HEL 2019-003108, procurement contract 22.11.2019 and its amendment agreement on 15 December 2022). The amendment agreement transfers rental invoicing and rental ledger operations with rent control from SAP to Tampuur. The integration, in which the monthly invoice data based on Tampuuri’s rental targets is transferred to SAP, will be replaced by an accounting transfer interface that will be built between Tampuur and SAP.
