1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie / rozbudowa systemów dziedzinowych w celu udostępnienia nowych elektronicznych usług publicznych w zakresie szczegółowo opisanym w załącznikach nr 1-4 do SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na trzy części: Cześć 1: Rozbudowa systemu danych przestrzennych miasta (SDPM) o nowe moduły dziedzinowe łącznie z wdrożeniem e-usług publicznych, utworzeniem danych przestrzennych oraz digitalizacją planów. Cześć 2: Wdrożenie Centralnego Portalu e-Usług (CPeU) łącznie z wdrożeniem e-usług publicznych, modernizacją i integracją systemów dziedzinowych oraz dostawą sprzętu serwerowego. Cześć 3: Dostawa zestawów komputerowych niezbędnych do wdrożenia e-usług publicznych.
