Description

The framework agreement will be implemented through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Each lot will be awarded separately. Lot 1 will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Lot 2 will be awarded to a single economic operator. The services of the framework agreement shall be governed by unit prices. The services of subsequent contracts will be paid by a lump sum price in accordance with the provisions of the deed of engagement for each subsequent contract.
