1.The subject of the order is the delivery of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of up to 635kWp, container energy storage, including: 1) photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building laid flat, on the south-east and south-west facades and on the ground with a total capacity of up to 700kWp, i.e. up to 1271 single crystal photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 500Wp; 2) container energy storage with a maximum charging and discharging capacity of 0.5MW and installed energy of about 2 MWh. The building of a container energy storage should be of a typical construction, equipped by the manufacturer, delivered as a complete free-standing facility. Warehouse according to the specification given in the project; 3) execution of the telemechanics system in accordance with the requirements of the network gestor PGE Dystrybucja SA. 2.The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract includes a description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 3, the attached technical documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works. 3.The contractor for the supply and assembly of photovoltaics will have to cooperate with the contractor for construction works consisting, among others, in the construction of garages, to which the construction site has been formally handed over. 4.All works shall be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 5.The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary personnel with appropriate construction licenses, enabling the performance of branch works necessary for the proper performance of the task. The above-mentioned staff of the Contractor is obliged to submit for acceptance to the Ordering Party. 6.
