Description

The purpose of this consultation is to organise a selection for the conclusion of a temporary occupation agreement for the management of the Stade des Alpes. It is recalled that the Stade des Alpes is a dependency of the public domain of the Metropolis mainly assigned to sports activity, and more particularly to the competitive activity of two professional football and rugby clubs: GF38 currently playing in Ligue 2 and FCG Rugby currently playing in PRO D2. The future occupant will have the obligation to maintain this sporting assignment and this cohabitation of the two professional clubs, in particular by allowing them to meet the requirements of their respective sporting calendars, whatever the nature of the competitions concerned. Given the capacity of the equipment since its creation to host exceptional sporting events, the future occupant must also indicate to what extent and under what means and conditions it will allow the continued hosting of such events. The deadline for submission of tenders is 21 March 2025 at 11.00. An optional site visit will be organised.
