The subject of the contract is: ‘Purchase and successive supply of disposable sterile medical devices for SP ZOZ MSWiA in Kielce im. John Paul II’. The contract is divided into 24 lots: Part 1 - needles, syringes plus additional products for infusion therapy The customer requires the delivery of samples of 5 pieces to items 2, 32, 33, 42, 43, 44, which will be subject to verification to confirm compliance with the description of the subject of the contract. Samples after checking are non-returnable. For the purposes of headings 38 to 41, the contracting authority requires, in order to maintain the compatibility and safety of the therapy, products of one manufacturer, of the same class, differing in capacity. Part 14 – Laparoscopy drains The contracting authority requires in item 1 and 2 drains compatible with the PneumoClear insuflator from STRYKER and in item 3 drains compatible with the AHTO laparoscopic pump from Stryker.
