Managed Service for Renal Dialysis Patient Transport Service at Mayo University Hospital
The HSE wishes to establish a contract with a third-party provider to provide a service for the co-ordination and management of Non-Emergency Transport for HSE Service Users in Mayo University Hospital (MUH). The Managed Service involves the establishment of an approved list of transport providers and the management of the day-to-day provision of non-emergency transport for Dialysis Patient Transport on behalf of MUH. Non-emergency transport shall incorporate the provision of both ad hoc and scheduled journeys via Taxi, Minibus, Wheelchair Accessible Taxi or Wheelchair Accessible Minibus. Scheduled journeys would typically include transport of Renal Dialysis treatments or transport of HSE Service Users for scheduled medical appointments.
