Description

Provision of planning services Mandate for project studies of the PAC Vernand for phases 31 to 33. The Strategic Business Development Site (SSDA) in Vernand in Lausanne and Romanel-sur-Lausanne is intended to host a cantonal industrial and craft business park. It will also host the Automobile and Navigation Service (SAN). The allocation of the existing area of activities is being revised as part of a cantonal allocation plan (PAC Vernand), led by the Directorate-General for Territory and Housing (DGTL). Several roads are necessary for the future operation of the site. Studies of these road projects must be carried out in parallel with the studies of the CAP, in order to coordinate procedures: road projects at the building permit stage must be investigated at the same time as the cantonal allocation plan.
