Huddinge Municipality intends to procure a procurement contract for Print as a Service. The municipality intends to procure a new agreement that ensures continued support for printing and scanning to all the municipality's operations with the right printer in the right place. Existing printing as a service has brought major improvements in terms of reduction in the number of prints, optimized print fleet and also information security. The goal is to sign an agreement that has quality and is economically good from a business perspective. The agreement will enable the delivery of a user-friendly, functional and legally secure solution for printing as a service, which can be used in all of the municipality's operations.
