Description

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework contract with the winner of the procedure for the provision of accounting consultancy services in the amount of up to 2,500 hours required for the preparation, accounting and reporting of IFRS reports to the supervisory authority. The contracting authority shall inform tenderers that the FWC will be terminated if the number of FWC hours specified in the FWC is exhausted and the remuneration for the last consultancy activity has been paid. The use of advisory services is possible up to the quantitative limit, in addition, the Contracting Authority is not entitled to use additional services. The contracting authority undertakes a 70% drawdown commitment in the framework contract, which means that the contracting authority is obliged to use at least 1 750 hours of service from the successful tenderer during the term of the contract, the remaining quantity being drawn down depending on the actual occurrence of the tasks.
