Description

This consultation concerns a framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the purchase of light-duty vehicles. In accordance with Article L2113-6 of the Public Order Code, a group of orders may be formed between one or more buyers. A group composed of the City of Epernay, the CCAS d’Epernay and the Communauté d’Agglomération Epernay, Coteaux and Plaine de Champagne has been set up to conclude this framework agreement. The City of Epernay is designated as coordinator of the grouping of orders. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The services are divided into 3 lots.
