Description

16S0012 – fitting-out of the sea-front (3nd phase) wooden furniture and parasols connected place of the Commando for the City of Saint-Nazaire.
The consultation is carried out by means of an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 33, 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code.
The consultation will result in a contract in instalments in accordance with Article 72 of the Public Procurement Code.
The contract is divided into 2 lots, defined as follows:
Lot 10: wooden Ordo furniture
Lot 11: command connected parasols
Applications may relate to one or more lots. Candidates must submit a separate tender for each lot to which they respond.
The benefits are divided into 2 tranches, defined as follows:
