We hereby inform you about the market exploration for the execution assignment for the Heerlen sports and exercise stimulation program. The municipality will discuss with suitable, interested parties the further development of the sports and exercise stimulation programme in the municipality of Heerlen as of 1 July 2026. HOW MUCH ANNOUNCING GESPREKKEN ORGANIZES THE COMMUNITY AND WHAT ARE THE SPREKSTHEMAS? The municipality of Heerlen organizes individual interviews with suitable, interested parties These interviews will take up to 1.5 hours: • 21 August 2025, time between 9:00 and 17:00 ‘Scope of the sports mobility programme, • Optional 28 August 2025, time between 9:00 and 17:00 In preparation for these interviews, the municipality will share the questions we will ask you during the market consultation during week 28. A discussion guide is also added. Here you can read the relevant process and background information for the exploration. WHEN DO I COME IN ACCEPTANCE AS AVAILABLE PARTY? Due to the complexity of the assignment, the municipality imposes a number of suitability requirements on the interlocutors. You are eligible for the exploratory interviews if you: • Proven experience in the implementation of a sports and exercise programme for a municipal client in the past three years. This includes at least: - Promoting sports and exercise. - Organize a wide range of sports and exercise activities. - Providing a wide range of sports and exercise activities, with an emphasis on teaching an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age and encouraging structural participation in sports and exercise. - Establishment of a one-stop shop for (care) professionals to guide children and parents easily to an appropriate sports provider. - Connecting associations, sports providers, education, social work and other partners, and realising the ambitions of the Sport Agreement and driving projects and initiatives within a local sports network. - Supporting and strengthening sports clubs. Concept: €0.5 million per year. We are still calculating. You cannot deny these rights.
