Denna upphandling avser upphandling av en Tjänsteleverantör i ett slutet nät för distribution av Internet och TV via Bredbandsnätet till Kustbostäder hushåll samt tillhörande funktioner som vidare beskrivs i denna upphandling. Kustbostäder avser att släcka ned Kabel-TV nätet i samband med att ett nytt avtal tecknas med vald Tjänsteleverantör. Upphandlingen avser även kommunikationstjänster för exempelvis uppkoppling av Fastighets-IT samt optioner för WiFi i allmänna utrymmen och IoT-tjänster.
