Description

Simple reconstruction is divided into two separate parts – ‘Infrastructure’ and ‘Security equipment’, which form a functional whole and are awarded in two separate procurement procedures. The contracting authority reserves the right to coordinate the course of both procurement procedures for individual parts of Simple Reconstruction, as it is in the interest of the contracting authority to enter (and subsequently implement) both parts of the functional unit of Simple Reconstruction in time concurrently. The contracting authority may thus, for example, extend the time limit for the submission of tenders, amend or supplement the procurement documents in one of the procurement procedures as a result of the conduct of the second procurement procedure. In such cases, the contracting authority shall proceed in accordance with Sections 98 and 99 of the Act. The subject-matter of this contract is the construction of the construction ‘Simply reconstruction of the line in the section Lázně Bělohrad – Nová Paka – Security equipment (hereinafter referred to as ‘Security equipment’)’. The main tasks of this construction are construction work on level crossing signalling equipment and other parts of the railway infrastructure.
