Description

The subject of the contract is the pre-project and design preparation, including the search for supporting documents and architectural-construction solutions for original (historical) structures, the assessment of the current state of these structures from the point of view of technical, technological and its lifetime, the complete preparation of the design documentation for the building notification/building permit pursuant to Annex 5 to Decree No 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation, as amended, and the engineering work aimed at obtaining a building permit, the drawing up of project documentation documents for the award of the building and for the execution of the building in accordance with Annex 6 to the Building Documentation Decree, the cooperation in the selection of the contractor for the execution of the works and the subsequent author’s supervision in the construction of the ‘Correction of the outer envelope of the Strakovy Academy and the building.’
