DK-Viborg: mudlogging services
Prequalification for provisions of mud logging service for 4 geothermal exploration wells and 22 optional wells at 4 different locations in Jutland, Denmark. If the result of the flow test in the 4 exploration wells is positive, up to 22 optional wells are expected. The scope of work for the service is to supply the operator with mud logging service in connection with drill, test and completion of wells to a depth between 2500 to 3500 m. (vertical, deviated or horizontal). The programme is to drill a 17 ½” hole, set a 13 ⅜” casing at +/- 250 m. Drill a 12 ¼” hole and set a 9 ⅝” casing at +/- 2000 m. Drill a 8 ½” hole and set a 7” liner at +/- 2400 m. Then drill a 6” hole and run 5” lower completion to +/- 2600 m.
The delivery is expected to start in the beginning of September 2011 and duration is expected to be 24 months if all the wells are completed.
The tender is on behalf of 4 contracting authorities: Viborg Fjernvarme, Tønder Fjernvarme, Aabenraa-Rødekro Fjernvarme og Skive Kommunes future geothermal company (Skive Geotermi A/S).
