Ordregiver driver en række asylcentre efter aftale med den danske stat. Ordregiver står for den praktiske indsats, og centrene rummer alt det, der skal til for at få en hverdag til at fungere. De rammeaftaler, som Ordregiver ønsker at indgå med nærværende udbud, skal understøtte Ordregivers praktiske indsats. Ordregiver ønsker i den forbindelse at indgå i alt 6 rammeaftaler vedrørende levering af fødevarer og hygiejneartikler mv. til beboere på Center Avnstrup samt levering af fødevarer til storkøkkener på asylcentre. Levering af fødevarer til storkøkkener på asylcentre er opdelt i fire rammeaftaler inden for hver deres fødevareområde.
