Die AMA betreibt umfangreiche Oracle-Datenbanksysteme und entwickelt darauf aufbauend PL/SQL-Datenbankanwendungen sowie Web-(App-)Anwendungen unter Einsatz von Oracle APEX sowie Java- und JavaScript-basierten Technologien und Frameworks. Für die Entwicklung von neuen Anwendungen bzw. für große Änderungsprojekte setzt die AMA externe IT-Fachkräfte auf Basis der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung ein, die in Projektteams, die von AMA IT-Mitarbeitenden geleitet werden, mitarbeiten.
