The project proposes actions on 3 important levels in order to increase the resilience capacity of pre-university education units, namely to support the digital transformation of schools belonging to the VET network and to facilitate online learning, by investing in digital infrastructures for teaching and digital tools for teaching and equipping the practice workshops of these VET units (i13 and i14), to provide the necessary infrastructure and technological resources for pre-university education units, allowing students access to technology through IT laboratories and dedicated equipment (i9) and to provide the necessary facilities to meet quality standards in classrooms and in school laboratories/workshops (i11). In this context, MIERCUREA CIUC MUNICIPIUL continues through this acquisition, the investments provided in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan through the acquisition of didactic materials - Workshop equipment - specialized materials related to the 4 educational units included in the project. Considering that the procurement of teaching materials for workshops, Lot 4, namely Furniture and kitchen equipment, although awarded following the procedure with Contract Notice CN1074751/25.10.2024, could not conclude the supply contract, as the successful tenderer did not provide the performance guarantee, in accordance with the legal provisions in force (Article 154(3) of Law 98/2016, updated) and the Procurement Data Sheet (Section III.1.6.b), representing 10% of the value of the contract excluding VAT, it is necessary to resume the procurement procedure for this lot. In accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority shall respond to requests for clarifications/information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
