Description

1. The subject of this contract is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METTED GAS OF TYPE E AND HIGH-METTED GAS OF TYPE LS FOR THE PURCHASE GROUP OF THE SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA COMMUNITY for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will take place on the basis of an agreement containing provisions for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will take place on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive contract) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act, the Civil Code and the implementing provisions issued on the basis thereof. 2. The Municipality of Skarżysko-Kamienna and the entities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure under an open tender procedure for the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METANE GAS OF TYPE E AND GAS OF TYPE LS PREPARED FOR THE PURCHASE GROUP OF THE SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA Gmina for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The supply of gas will take place on the basis of an agreement containing provisions Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Municipality and its organizational units are contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party shall act on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Ordering Party's registered office), on behalf of: • Bliżyn communes • Brody communes • Głusk communes • Miedziana Góra communes • Wąchock communes • Wojciechowice communes • Zagnańsk communes • Brzeski county • Opatowski county • St. John's Hospital Jadwiga Śląska in Trzebnica • St. John's Hospital Leona sp. z o.o. in Opatów as well as with the organizational units indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Contract – comprehensive supply of natural gas to the facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ: 1) The estimated demand for natural gas in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026 is 43 024 164 kWh.
