Description

The subject matter of the Agreement is:
1. Sale by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority and delivery of four VCS integrated communication systems (hereinafter ‘VCS systems’ or individually ‘VCS system’) intended for voice-to-ground and ground-to-air communication, together with the management and monitoring system of each VCS and spare parts.
2. Grant the Contracting Authority a licence for the software supplied under the Contract.
3. Performance of the Services, i.e.:
Provision of training by the Contractor;
The performance of factory acceptance tests by the Contractor;
The installation, configuration and commissioning of the VCS systems, the performance of the preliminary acceptance tests by the Contractor, the participation of the Contractor’s representatives in the VCS implementation period for operational work, and the performance of final acceptance tests by the Contractor;
Provision of the other services necessary for its proper performance.
